Completed under the direction of Leap XD in Victoria B.C.

BusReady is a resource developed by BC Transit for children ages 12 and under, teaching them how to use the bus safely and independently. Leap XD was hired by BC Transit to develop a playful brand identity, a responsive website, and promotional animations for their BusReady program. 

As a Creative Designer, I collaborated with the Creative Director and Art Director to create a fun, approachable logo for advertising, web, and promotional items. The wordmark features a playful font, with dots connecting the "R" and the "Y" to represent the dotted path from the start to the end of a transit journey. After finalizing the logo, I designed the website's wireframes and visual layout, ensuring the inclusion of large buttons and fonts that would be both appealing and accessible to the target audience.

Our designer, Rocio Palomar Robisco, created custom illustrations of diverse characters and other brand assets. I worked with her to animate these characters in two dynamic animated ads, which were shared on BC Transit's social media channels.
